Vi este desafio no blog da Aneca e pensei "como até tenho poucos desafios este ano, deixa fazer mais um". :P Revi-me no facto de ler poucos livros de autores portugueses ou passados em Portugal, pelo que achei que participar seria um incentivo a mudar essa situação e a pegar em alguns dos títulos que tenho cá por casa. Penso que vou tentar ler 3 livros até ao final do ano.

hi, I was wondering if you could recommend any Portugese Historical Fiction that has been translated into English. I would love to experience something different! Thank you so much. I am doing a historical fiction challenge and this would be great.

PS: Looking at your blog made me long to speak another language.
That might be a bit difficult, I don't know if there's many Portuguese works that have been translated into English and I haven't that much Portuguese Historical Fiction myself.
There seems to be a translation of Equador by Miguel Sousa Tavares, which is one of the books I'm considering reading for this challenge, but I don't think there are much more books translated. :/
Is neves too late to learn a new language. :D
